At Sauna Rocket, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. This page outlines the terms of our 2-Year Limited Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure full transparency and peace of mind when shopping with us.

🔧 2-Year Limited Warranty

All Sauna Rocket units purchased directly from www.saunarocket.com or an authorized reseller are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural Integrity: Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the body, frame, and zippers under normal residential use.

  • Electrical Components: Includes the steam generator and remote control (if applicable).

  • Accessories: Warranty includes covers, hoses, and connectors included in the original package.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, neglect, or modification

  • Use in commercial settings or outdoor exposure not intended for the product

  • Consumables (e.g., replacement parts, filters, essential oils)

Warranty Service:

If you experience any issues covered under this warranty, please contact us at support@saunarocket.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 2 business days and coordinate replacement parts, repair, or a full replacement as necessary. In most cases, we cover shipping costs for approved warranty claims within the continental U.S.

✅ 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Sauna Rocket. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee if the unit has been used).

To Qualify for a Return:

  • Item must be in like-new condition

  • Include all original accessories and packaging

  • Contact us first at info@saunarocket.com to receive return authorization

We reserve the right to inspect the item upon return. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the unit.
